      Article 2 - Applicability

      1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made via our webshop.
      2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
      3. Deviations from these conditions are only binding if they have been agreed in writing.

      Article 3 - Offer and Agreement

      1. All offers in the webshop are without obligation and while stocks last.
      2. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the customer and confirmation by the webshop.
      3. The webshop reserves the right to refuse an order or to impose additional conditions.

      Article 4 - Prices and Payment

      1. All prices stated are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
      2. Payments must be made via the available payment methods in the webshop.
      3. The customer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to the webshop.

      Article 5 - Delivery and Execution

      1. The webshop will ensure careful processing and delivery of orders.
      2. Delivery times are indicative and cannot lead to any right to cancellation or compensation.
      3. Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer.

      Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

      1. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason.
      2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer received the product.
      3. The customer bears the costs of returning the products.
      4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to custom-made products.

      Article 7 - Obligations of the consumer

      1. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The starting point here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a shop.
      1. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product which goes beyond what is permitted in paragraph 1.
      1. The consumer is not liable for any diminished value of the product if the entrepreneur has not provided him with all legally required information about the right of withdrawal before or at the conclusion of the agreement.
      1. In case of revocation, the customer must indicate this as soon as possible by email. In this, the customer must include the name and address details, the order number and the date of delivery.

      Article 8 - Warranty and Conformity

      1. The webshop guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness.
      2. The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt and to report any defects within a reasonable period.

      Article 9 - Liability

      1. The liability of the webshop is limited to the amount of the order.
      2. The webshop is not liable for damage caused by use of the products.

      Article 10 - Force Majeure

      1. The webshop is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations as a result of force majeure.
      2. Force majeure means: all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, over which the webshop has no influence, but which prevent the webshop from fulfilling its obligations.

      Article 11 - Intellectual Property Rights

      1. All intellectual property rights relating to the webshop and the products offered are vested in the webshop or its licensors.
      2. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or publish materials without written permission from the webshop.

      Article 12 - Privacy Policy

      1. The webshop respects the privacy of all users and ensures the confidential treatment of personal data.
      2. Reference to the privacy policy for more information about the processing of personal data.

      Article 13 - Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

      1. The webshop reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions.
      2. Changes will be announced via the website and will come into effect from the date of publication.

      Article 14 - Applicable Law and Disputes

      1. All legal relationships in which the webshop is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
      2. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this does not work, disputes will be submitted to the competent court.

      Article 15 - Customer Service and Complaints Procedure

      1. For questions and/or complaints, the customer can contact customer service.
      2. We always try to handle complaints on the same working day.
