At Mocciie we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.

All our products and their packaging leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase

we are ready to help.

  1. Returns Policy
  • Returns: Always contact us first if you wish to return a product for any reason.
  • Return period: You have the right to return products within 14 days after receipt. If the product is damaged upon delivery, see point 5.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All tags and accessories must also be included.
  • Exceptions: Products such as custom-made items, personalized products or hygiene items (e.g. kitchen gloves, openwork packaging of kitchen knives) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

  1. Submit a return request: Contact our customer service by email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. And take any photos in advance if the product is defective upon delivery
  2. Receive return instructions: After approval of your return request, you will receive a return label and further instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Returning a product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include the invoice or order number. Stick the return label on the package and send it back via the specified shipping company.
  4. Return Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will inform you within 7 business days whether your return has been approved or rejected.
  1. Refunds
  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will refund your purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs: The costs for returning the product are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Exchange requests: It is not possible to exchange products.
  1. Damage and Defects
  • Damaged Upon Receipt: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at Contact@mocciie.nl with photos of the damage as well as your packing slip. We will replace the product free of charge or refund your money.
